Return Policy
The Company offers trial versions of its software so customers have adequate opportunity to assess the value of products prior to purchase (15 days for Maximizer, 30 days for Maximizer Enterprise). Therefore, the Company does not accept returns on its products purchased:

1. Directly from the Company once they have either been shipped from our warehouse or downloaded from our website; or
2. Indirectly through the Company’s Business Partners.

Retail Products
Retail products purchased from an external distributor are subject to the return policies of that distributor.

Bundled Software
The Company does not accept returns on products obtained as part of a bundle with other computer services or equipment, or distributed by another company as part of a software compilation.

Services
The Company does not accept returns on its services - customer support contracts, professional services, and product customizations - that are sold to customers under contract.

Online Training
Online training courses offered by the Company are non-refundable.
